DESIGN/OA is a development system for building applications with a graphical interface.

Functionalities:
Applications created with DESIGN/OA have three components:
  1. DESIGN/OA Kernel: contains routines and data structures
  2. DESIGN/OA Interface: library of functions for the manipulation of graphical objects.
  3. Developer's module: code written in C that makes calls to the Interface
