INCOME
INCOME stands for a versatile method and a set of user-oriented tools for modelling, simulation and implementing business processes.

Tools for optimising business processes:
- DICTIONARY serves as a repository for all project information. It is implemented as an Oracle7 database and supports distributed environments such as Client/Server or Client/Agent/Server.
- PROCESS MODELLER is used for capturing, documenting and evaluating business process models.
- SIMULATOR: The major components of the Simulator are: the KERNEL which carries out simulation runs of the models, the ANIMATOR which generates user-oriented displays of the dynamic behaviour and the ANALYZER which can evaluate simulation runs in many different ways.
- INCOME MOBILE provides the user with the full modelling functionality of the Process Modeller but does not need the Oracle7 database.
