Abstract: This paper describes the application of high level Petri nets to program closely coupled multiprocessor (CCMp) systems. To use CCMp systems effiently a special language based on high level Petri nets and Concurrent Pascal was deloped which allows an easy transformation of net specifications into programs, thus preserving their modular structure.
