Abstract: The existing method of system design is to give priority to knowledge and decide the control algorithm by employing know-how and established methods. However, this methodology must be reviewed and improved in order to deal with the large-scale objects and acquire knowledge. This paper describes sequential control modelling and trends of sequential control technology considering Petri nets.
