Abstract: Logistic systems combine the different subsystems which are manufacturing processes and its informational control. Its complex system structure and discrete behaviour can be concisely modelled by using timed Petri-Nets with individual tokens. The applicatiion of this way of modelling of a complex industrial production plant leads to the investigation of complete logistical units in more detail, for example, the investigation of logistal controlled manufacturing cells. As a practical example, modelling simulation and validation results of a final assembling scheme are outlined in detail.
