Distributed Simulation Using Petri Nets.

Ozsu, M.T.

Abstract: The author reports on a distributed simulation methodology that is based on the simulation of Petri nets. It requires that each model be represented as a graph (or a net) which can consist of various subnets. Thus, the models are modular by definition, making them amenable for distributed simulation.
