Abstract: An original knowledge representation scheme, named KRP, based on the Petri net theory is proposed. The scheme allows structured representation of knowledge and has well defined procedures for inference and knowledge manipulation. The answer generation procedures and hierarchical knowledge representation by scheme KRP are described.
