Abstract:
The Generic Office Frame of Reference (GOFOR) offers a way of
understanding office reality from a systems point of view. Within systems
modelling as in the FAOR approach, GOFOR guides the investigation and
model building process and helps in the recognition of problems relevant
to (re-)design and implementation of office support sytems.
