Abstract: The authors present a modeling of a information transfer from man to man by colored Petri nets. It is an important problem to model refuge-behavior that is applicable to fire emergency. The authors introduce three basic models. The third model is constructed by a colored Petri net which has individual colored tokens with each information, and firing rules. For the basic model, the authors introduce concepts of `colorless token' and `surplus token' in order to construct firing color correspondences. It is shown that their basic model behaves as an element of systems, so that any combination of the elements can construct practical models.

Keywords: information transfer model; coloured net; refuge-behaviour; colourless token; surplus token.
