Abstract: This paper deals with the problem concerning an application of Petri nets formalism to modeling and describing a microcomputer sequential control algorithm. First the concept of logical sequential algorithms usually implemented in microcomputer intelligent controllers is discussed. Then the Petri net formalism application to the modeling of concurrently working sequential control algorithms is discussed.
