Abstract: The paper attempts to achieve a universal formalization of operational-planning problems, in particular, in the dispatcher control of a machine-construction enterprise, have been unsuccessful because of a large number of factors which influence the actual production process. These problems should be resolved in an interaction between the dispatcher (a human with certain experience) and the instrumental computer system. The paper proposes a method for developing instrumental dispatcher systems. This method is based on a visualization of the production processes with the help of loaded time-varying Petri nets of a special type.

Keywords: visualizing production process (in) instrumental dispatcher system; special loaded time-varying net.
