| Erfolgreiche Nutzung des World Wide Webs (WWW) ist davon abhängig, daß NutzerInnen in der Lage sind, ausgehend von für sie relevanten Informationen weitere relevante Informationen zu finden. Hierbei können Strategien verwendet werden, die ähnlich zu denen sind, mit denen wir beim Lokalisieren und Navigieren in natürlichen Umgebungen erfolgreich sind. Mit anderen Worten: NutzerInnen müssen bei der Informationssuche im WWW navigieren. Daher ist es beim Entwurf und der Realisierung von Web-Sites wichtig, diese so zu gestalten, daß sie für erfolgreiche Navigation geeignet sind. Im PS werden einige grundlegende Fragen zur Navigation in realen und in virtuellen Welten diskutiert und hieraus Kriterien für die Navigierfreundlichkeit bzw. Navigierfeindlichkeit von Web-Sites abgeleitet. | ||
