IEEE Xplore is a digital library providing full text access to technical literature in electrical engineering, computer science, and electronics from 1988 onwards, partly already from 1913 onwards..
IEEE Xplore contains full text documents from IEEE journals, transactions, magazines, letters, conference proceedings, standards, and IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) publications.

IEEE Xplore will be updated frequently with new content as it becomes available.
Individual articles from some IEEE periodicals are posted online before they are published in print. These articles have passed through all editorial processes, including peer-review and are not available in print until the issue is complete.

Web of Science consists of seven databases containing information gathered from thousands of scholarly journals, books, book series, reports, conferences, and more.

The Web of Science citation databases contain the references cited by the authors of the articles. You can use these references to do cited reference searching. This type of search allows you to find articles that cite a previously published work.
