Trevor Lucas wrote this song for the movie Slate, Wyn and Blanche McBride (see Breakaway). It sees Trevor's return to his Aussie humour in songs he used to sing with Fairport Convention. Who remembers Raining Virgins, his party piece from 1972? It went “If it was raining virgins, I'd be locked up in the dunny with a poof!
