Performance Evaluation of Job-shop Systems Using Timed Event-graphs.

Hillion, H.P.; Proth, J.M.

In: IEEE, Transactions on Automatic Control, Vol. 34, No. 1, pages 3-9. 1989.

Abstract: Timed event-graphs are used for modeling and analyzing job-shop systems. The modeling allows for evaluating the steady-state performance of the system under a deterministic and cyclic production process. Given any fixed procesing times, the productivity of the system can be determined from the initial state.
