Function Nets - A Comfortable Tool for Simulating Database System Architectures.

Abstract: The model called the function net has been derived from the Petri net model and provides general but compact modeling capabilities combined with a clear graphic notation. A software package is integrated with the model so as to facilitate simulation experiments.
